H&E Properties, LLC works with qualified trade partners who value safety, craftsmanship, schedule performance, communication, and a clean jobsite. Submitting a prequalification form does not guarantee approval, an invitation to bid, or an award of work.
Create a subcontractor account or sign in to access the private portal. Inside the portal, subcontractors can complete and submit the online prequalification form, upload required documents, and view plans and specifications for current active and bidding projects.
Before beginning work, approved subcontractors may also be required to complete a secure W-9 request, sign H&E Properties' Master Subcontract Agreement, and execute a project-specific Work Order.
