Our goal is to provide clients with a single, trusted resource for buying, selling, building, and improving, backed by real expertise in both fields.
What sets H&E Properties apart isn't just the combination of services — it's the depth of experience behind them. Our founder, Heath Thompson, obtained a bachelors degree in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
As a licensed Arkansas real estate agent affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Central, Heath brings that same construction-informed perspective to every transaction — helping buyers understand what they're really getting, helping sellers maximize their return, and helping landowners evaluate what's actually buildable.
